MAJESTIC PRODUCT WARRANTY (Lifetime Warranty) [box] • GlassCrafters extends to the original purchaser a full Lifetime Warranty on the mechanical performance and operation of all our pivots and pivot brackets. With custom plating, GlassCrafters offers a LIfetime Warranty on most hardware finishes. Warranty does not apply on all specialty finishes or on all metal matching (warranties vary). Any enclosures, which prove to be defective under normal use and service during the warranty period, will be at the company's option to repair or replace with a new or improved part. The company is not responsible for labor or other installation costs for the repair or replacement of defective merchandise. • This warranty does not cover defects caused by: improper installation, careless handling, alteration, misuse or mis-application maintenance, abnormal chemical cleaning, abrasives, or discolorations/stains due to improper water chemistry. • Except as provided herein, the company makes no warranties either expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever including the condition of the merchandise, its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty implied by law and not effectively excluded by this warranty, are limited to the duration and remedies of this warranty.
